Terms

Acceptance

By using the Spuno app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Spuno.

The service

Spuno is an iOS app, currently offered as a free public beta. Beta means what it sounds like: features may change or break, and we don’t guarantee the app will always be available.

Your content

The recipes and other content you import into Spuno remain yours. By using the app, you grant us the license we need to host and process that content in order to run the service.

Shared links

If you choose to share a recipe, Spuno creates a public snapshot of that recipe. That link is public because you chose to create it. Don’t share a recipe you don’t want others to see.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Spuno to store or share unlawful content, and don’t try to abuse, disrupt, or misuse the service. We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that do.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Spuno is provided “as is,” especially during beta. We don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, PCF Digital LLCisn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the service, which during the free beta is zero.

Termination

You can stop using Spuno and request account deletion at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
